History
Benjamin was an angel, who many years ago found a powerful and devout vessel in Madrid, Spain. The vessel's faith and trust provided Benjamin everything he needed. Eventually he formed a deep friendship with his vessel, to the point he would never let any unnecessary harm come to her. Benjamin was a part of the same battalion as Castiel, under the leadership of Ishim.

12.10 Lily Sunder Has Some Regrets
In 1901, Benjamin was one of the angels sent to Earth alongside Castiel to kill a Nephilim and the angel Akobel. Over a century later in 2017, Benjamin has taken a liking to the arcade game Rampage, playing it every single night. As the arcade Benjamin is playing in is about to close for the night, Benjamin is confronted by Lily Sunder. Benjamin calmly tells Lily to move out of the way, but when Lily doesn't comply and taunts Benjamin to move her, Benjamin is shocked to see his powers have no effect on her. When Benjamin questions who Lily is, she reveals two angel blades, and they begin fighting. Lily is able to get the upper hand, and before she delivers the killing blow to Benjamin she lets the angel make a call through angel radio. Benjamin's message goes through, reaching Mirabel, Ishim, and Castiel, before Lily stabs the angel blade into Benjamin's abdomen, killing the angel.
Trivia
- In 9.21 King of the Damned and 9.22 Stairway to Heaven, an angel named Benjamin appears as part of Castiel's angelic faction. Despite having the same name, this Benjamin does not appear to be the same angel.
