Dean's girlfriend in the wish-verse. She shares an apartment with Dean in Lawrence Kansas and is a nurse at a local hospital. It is revealed at the end of the episode that Dean created her from the image of a girl in an ad for El Sol Beer. The ad has the tag "go someplace better."

2.20 What Is and What Should Never Be
Carmen wakes to find Dean in the living room and tries to entice him back to bed. Dean drops a framed photo and leaves the apartment. Carmen calls Mary Winchester. Later, Carmen, Dean, Mary Winchester, Sam Winchester and Jess go out for dinner. That evening, Dean and Carmen make out but she says she has to leave for work. Dean, watching her take scrubs out of the closet, says "I'm dating a nurse. That is so... respectable."
