In November 2013, Funko began producing a line of Supernatural Pop! vinyls. As of November 2024, there have been 23 individual Pop! Vinyl figures released. Funko has also released Supernatural items in their Pop! Rides line, their Mystery Mini line, their Pocket Pop! Keychain line, their Dorbz line, their Mopeez line, their Pop! Pens line, and their FunkO's Cereal line—all of which are listed below. Funkos have even been featured in the show itself a few times.

In Rowena's nightmare, it's Christmastime, and Crowley is sitting by a Christmas tree, wearing a onesie and opening presents. One of the presents he opens is a Sam Winchester Funko Pop! Vinyl. He excitedly shows this to his mother.
- Crowley: Mum! Mum! I got a Sam!
14.04 Mint Condition
At a comic book store, the clerk asks Sam and Dean if they need help finding Funko Pops.
- Samantha: Okay, what can I help you guys with? Funko Pops, Magic cards?
When this same clerk is on videocall to a colleague at the beginning, a Harley Quinn DC Comics Bombshells #166 Funko Pop! can be seen on a shelf behind her.

Becky Rosen's Supernatural collection includes individual Sam, Dean, and Castiel Funko Pop! Vinyls, the Dean and Baby Funko Pop! Rides, the Sam & Dean multipack Funko Pop! Vinyls, the Sam, Dean, and Castiel Funko Mopeez, and the Castiel Dorbz.
