Isis and a number of other gods meet up to discuss the Apocalypse at the Elysian Fields Hotel. When Lucifer arrives, he slaughters the gods one by one, including Isis.

Isis was an Egyptian goddess who was married to her brother Osiris (who was featured in 7.04 Defending Your Life), and mother to the god Horus. She was believed to have had powers over healing, the weather, and fate itself.
