History
A demon-possessed nurse at the Serenity Valley Convalescent Home in Davenport, Iowa. She was stationed there to assist the Horseman Pestilence.

This demon was stationed at Serenity Valley Convalescent Home where she served Pestilence. She alerts Pestilence to Sam and Dean's presence. Pestilence embraces her, and then activates his ring, despite knowing Lucifer wants Sam and Dean alive. As they are stricken with sickness caused by the ring, the nurse drags them into Celeste's room for Pestilence. She is killed by Castiel with the demon-killing knife after he has used it to remove Pestilence's ring.
