Peen of Death
Have you forgotten the lifespan of your average hookup?
Sam Winchester's penis has been dubbed the "Peen of Death" due to the propensity for the women Sam has sex with to end up dead (although not from the actual act itself). It also spawned the fannish axiom "Sleep with Sam Winchester and die!" This is also the name of the Sam forum on Television Without Pity. The term was coined after Sam shot Madison in 2.17 Heart. Both Amy Pond and Sarah Blake, who were only kissed, prove any close proximity to the peen can be fatal. Even demons may fall victim to this phenomena &emdash; Meg, who assaulted Sam in 1.16 Shadow, died in 8.17 Goodbye Stranger and Lilith, who did the same in 3.16 No Rest For The Wicked, died in 4.22 Lucifer Rising. Ruby, who Sam slept with, also ended up dying in 4.22 Lucifer Rising.
Sorry you had zero luck with the ladies.
The victims of the Peen of Death include:
Suzy: Sam, what brought you here to reclaim your virginity?
Sam: Well, I guess because every woman I've...ever... had relations with, uh...it...hasn't ended well.Dean: [chuckling] He ain't lying
In fairness Sam has also had sex with a number of women who survived, for example the series of women he had sex with in Bristol, Rhode Island, in 6.13 Unforgiven were merely turned into arachne. The fate of his other known partners is unconfirmed, but it is assumed they are still alive; they include:
- Lori Sorenson (kissed)
- Dr. Cara Roberts
- Amelia Richardson
- Becky Rosen (kissed)
- Lana (the sex worker in 6.03 The Third Man)
- Possibly Genevieve Padalecki (Sam may have slept with in 6.15 The French Mistake)
- Sparrow Jennings
- Piper - the waitress Sam hooks up with in the back of the Impala in 11.04 Baby
