Roosevelt was a dog that belonged to Kelly Kline when she was a kid. He died when she was in high school and is currently in Heaven.

Kelly Kline is playing fetch with Roosevelt in Heaven. When he runs into the trees, he returns with Jack Kline. After Jack helps Kelly realize that she's in Heaven, she notices Roosevelt, who was hit by a car when she was in high school.
