8.08 Hunteri Heroici
When a spate of strange robberies leads them to Sunset Fields retirement home, Dean and Castiel interview one of the victims who is a resident there–Sheila Tate. Initially, she believes Castiel is her third husband, Charles, telling him that he's "so pretty". Dean brings the topic back around to the robbery, mentioning that someone broke into Sheila's old house and stole some bearer bonds and jewellery from under her floorboards. Still under the impression that Castiel is Charles, Sheila mentions that she hid her diamonds there because Charles was "quite the bounder". Dean asks her if she has noticed anything strange recently, and Sheila points out the resident cat, BOB, who she accuses of talking.
The next day is Sheila's birthday and the residents and carers gather around a table which holds a big birthday cake. One of the carers lights the candles on the cake and Sheila gets to her feet and blows out the candles. The cakes explodes dramatically, covering everything in icing. It is later revealed that these strange occurrences are happening because of another resident's psychic powers being out of control because of his dementia, and the robberies were because he was being controlled by the manager of Sunset Fields, Dr. Dwight Mahoney.
