- Sam and Dean sing "Wanted Dead or Alive" by Bon Jovi in 3.16 No Rest for the Wicked, the script notes for that scene read "After a moment, Dean starts singing along, top of his lungs. And no, Jensen, not in key. Sing it the way we all sing when we're on a road trip. Raucous and charmingly out of tune". Later, Jensen sang the same song at Salute to Supernatural Las Vegas 2018 with Slipknot and Stone Sour singer, Corey Taylor.
- At the end of 4.06 Yellow Fever, there's a blooper of Jensen lip-syncing "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor.
