History
Sister Mathias is the director of social services at St. Philomena's Church in Worcester, Massachusetts, who went to the church seeking something greater than herself after having a painful love life. Due to the church being built over burial crypts, Sister Mathias has come across various restless spirits during her time at St. Philomena's, describing them as sad and harmless spirits who are eventually able to move on, taking it upon herself to console them until they find peace.
