* Sam's phone is sitting in the center of a table which Sam, Dean and Castiel surround. There is a call to Rowena on speaker. The ask for her help to get to the alternate universe to rescue their family, but she says she has more important things to do. After some banter, she hangs up and Sam picks up his phone.
* While investigating another burned body, Sam's phone rings. It's Rowena returning his calls. She requests they leave her alone and threatens them. They argue about what she's doing. She asks them to meet her at an address and hangs up.
