The spell that [[God]] used to bind [[the Darkness]] in order to start Creation. According to [[Michael]], the spell requires myrrh, cassia , and rockrose while rock rose, along with the nectar of a [[Leviathan Blossom]] binds to bind the spell together. The spell requires that the entity be in a weakened state when the spell is cast for it to work which required ; the four [[archangels]] were required to weaken the Darkness before God could trap her.
After God begins the end of their world, the Winchesters and Castiel seek the spell to lock God away since He can't be killed without endangering all of existence. Michael provides Dean and Castiel with the spell, stating that if God is as weak as they think from [[the Equalizer]], then it should work on Him. However, they must travel into [[Purgatory]] to get the Leviathan Blossom for the spell.
