When the Winchesters and Castiel return to Hell in search of [[Michael]], they arrive near Lilith's Chamber and have a brawl with several demons outside. It is here that they learn that [[Rowena]] is the new Queen of Hell.
When the Winchesters return yet again in search of [[the Occultum]], they appear to arrive near the chamber again and fight Gregor and two other demons in the hall outside. However, after Gregor opens the doors, Hell's Throne Room can be seen, implying that Lilith's Chamber was repurposed as the throne room after Rowena became the new Queen of Hell.
