Something is definitely happening with time. There was a list of things on the last page about it. In this episode Dean changing his strategy in Rock, Paper, Scissors. Also if I remember right Rufus never paid Bobby back on any bet he lost. Why would Rufus give him a bottle of alcohol? Better yet, why didn't Bobby drink it? One would have thought it would have already been drank given the time between Rufus's death and Bobby's death.
