I doubt that Raphael could actually bring Dean Winchester to Heaven. However, I do think that he could summon Michael down to Earth. Zachariah used this exact method in 5.16 Dark Side Of The Moon.

Can we have an episode reference for this please "Raphael held a significant amount of authority over the angels of Heaven, including Zachariah." I don't know that we ever had any direct evidence of interaction between them --Missyjack 11:00, 25 December 2010 (UTC)
