Minutiae
After accidentally killing Mary, Jack teleports to Nepal, Lima, Peru, Paris, France, Madagascar and back to the cabin.
Mary is confirmed to be at peace in a special Heaven with John Winchester, confirming for the first time that John made it to Heaven after escaping from Hell. This also indicates that they are soulmates who are known to share Heavens.
