Synopsis
Dean has been searching for Sam for a week now. When Sam finally calls him, he is shocked to find him covered in blood, with no recollection of what has happened in the past week.
Sam's fears of turning evil are realised when the brothers discover the body of a man that Sam has supposedly killed.
