Sam: I’m happy with my life for the first time in forever. I am. I really am. Things are good.

Katnis is a reference to the character Katnis Everdeen from The Hunger Games book and film series, in which the character is known for her archery skills.
Dean refers to himself and Sam as "Agents Stark and Banner", a reference to MARVEL'S The Avengers' Tony Stark and Bruce Banner, AKA "Science Bros"
Dean: Burgers and silkwood showers on me.
A silkwood shower is a long hot shower that is done to decontaminate oneself.
