After so many years together it's not surprising that Dean and Sam will often speak or sing or act in unison. It's really adorable. Below is a list of episodes where this happens with the time of the event included (in minutes and seconds – all times are approximate). Instances where outside forces cause the boys to act in unison (i.e. being thrown against the wall by a demon) are not included.

Season 1

1.01 Pilot

While trying to get information about local folklore, the boys ask “What do they talk about?” (22:33)

1.07 Hook Man

The boys decided that in destroying the hook, “We stop the Hook Man.” at 31:17. They also perform an impressive and simultaneous toss and catch – gun for necklace. (36:54)

1.10 Asylum

After hearing 137 was the ghost's clue, the boys state: “Room number.” (27:02)

1.16 Shadow

The boys are anxious to share their information: “Dude, I gotta talk to you.” at 20:40. In response to John's inquiry, they respond “Yes, sir.” (34:43)

1.18 Something Wicked

The boys shoot at the shtriga simultaneously. (36:23)

1.19 Provenance

Upon entering their latest hotel room: “Huh” at 8:51. The boys get into the Impala at 17:21. At 37:13, as they are on the phone with each other, they realize that Dean needs to go to "the mausoleum."

1.20 Dead Man's Blood

In response to John's statement that they will work together: “Yes, sir.” (41:10)

1.21 Salvation

Can the boys tell the guest stars of the week the truth: “Nah.” (26:18)

Season 2

2.02 Everybody Loves a Clown

In response to Ellen's question if they are the Winchesters: “Yeah.” (10:02)

2.12 Nightshifter

The boys show Ronald Resnick their FBI badges at 4:30.

2.15 Tall Tales

When Bobby asks if they are exaggerating about dancing aliens, they answer: "No." (18:35)

2.17 Heart

The boys play "Rock, Paper, Scissors" at 11:29 and 11:37.

2.19 Folsom Prison Blues

Deacon tries to get the boys' attention and they respond: “What?” (31:44)

Season 3

3.03 Bad Day at Black Rock

The boys turn and watch Bela walk away at 19:49.

3.08 A Very Supernatural Christmas

The boys sing "Silent Night" (very badly and not really in harmony) at 11:50.

3.10 Dream a Little Dream of Me

The boys wake up simultaneously twice at 23:21 and 36:21.

3.11 Mystery Spot

Sam knows what Dean is going to say: “Yeah, right. Nice guess.” (It wasn't a guess – by Sam) “Right, you're a mind reader. Cut it out Sam. Sam. You think you're being funny, but you're being really, really childish. Sam Winchester wears make-up. Sam Winchester cries his way through sex. Sam Winchester keeps a ruler by the bed and every morning, when he wakes up...” beginning at 20:06.

3.12 Jus in Bello

The boys stand up simultaneously in the cell at 12:57 and show off their matching tattoos at 23:39.

3.13 Ghostfacers

The boys, with matching expressions, look at each other and say “?!?shlsh?!?” (39:30)

3.16 No Rest for the Wicked

The boys sing "Wanted Dead or Alive" at 20:45.

Season 4

4.02 Are You There, God? It's Me, Dean Winchester

Bobby says it is sign, but the boys want to know: “A sign of what?” (25:32)

4.08 Wishful Thinking

The boys sit down simultaneously at 9:47. They also don't think their lives are “Easy?” (31:25)

4.09 I Know What You Did Last Summer

The boys jump through a stained glass window at 20:02.

4.10 Heaven and Hell

The boys take a sip of their beers at 38:10.

4.12 Criss Angel Is a Douchebag

The boys aim their guns at 24:24.

The boys get into the Impala at 41:44.

4.17 It's a Terrible Life

The boys take out the ghost with matching swings of their iron pokers at 31:10.

4.19 Jump the Shark

The boys play "Rock, Paper, Scissors" at 13:27. When Adam wants a say about the family business, the boys just say “No!” (17:15)

5.01 Sympathy for the Devil

The boys are locked and loaded at 26:26.

5.02 Good God, Y'All

The boys determine that it isn't demons: “It's War.” (35:02)

5.08 Changing Channels

The Boys find themselves in a sitcom – the title sequence has several moments of simultaneous action: scary moment at 2:18, a bicycle built for two at 2:39, and falling down at 2:54. The boys, as procedural cop show cops, put on sunglasses at 27:38.

5.09 The Real Ghostbusters

At Becky's insistence, the boys ask: “See what?” at 2:20. In response to the LARPing conventioneers, they say “I need a drinkl” at 10:16. At 39:06, Sam and Dean get in the Impala at the same time.

5.14 My Bloody Valentine

According to Cas, his hunger is a clue, but ”For what?” (20:25)

5.16 Dark Side of the Moon

The boys keep an eye on Zachariah at 19:19.

5.17 99 Problems

The boys toast the victory at 12:26.

5.20 The Devil You Know

When Bobby tells them to head east, the boys respond: “East!?!” at 4:25. They both tell Brady to “Shut up” at 33:23.

Season 6

6.03 The Third Man

The boys exit separate vehicles, shut the doors, and walk around the front of their respective vehicles at 9:57.

6.15 The French Mistake

In an attempt to return to their universe, the boys jump through the window on the set of Bobby's house at 25:22. Later they ask “Where?” in response to hearing Misha was stabbed. (34:12)

6.16 ...And Then There Were None

To help Bobby and Rufus, the boys kick in the door. (30:33)

6.17 My Heart Will Go On

The boys play "Rock, Paper, Scissors" at 3:33.

Season 7

7.13 The Slice Girls

In order to deal with their grief over Bobby's death, Sam has been encouraging Dean to "stay busy" with him. So much so that when Sam repeats himself, Dean echoes him at 03:51.

7.20 The Girl with the Dungeons and Dragons Tattoo

In order to help Charlie, the boys crash through the window front of Dick Roman's office building at 38:00.

Season 8

8.02 What's Up, Tiger Mommy?

The boys are impressed with Crowley's bid at the auction for the demon tablet: "Whoa." (29:29)

8.08 Hunteri Heroici

When Cas asks if he can ride in the front seat, the boys respond: “No!” (3:52)

8.13 Everybody Hates Hitler

The boys fire simultaneously at the Nazi necromancer Eckhart at 38:34.

8.17 Goodbye Stranger

When Cas disappears, the boys shout in frustration: “Cas!?!” at 15:12. Later when they are arguing and Meg keeps interrupting, they tell her “Shut up Meg”, twice, at 23:35 and 23:58.

8.19 Taxi Driver

To put Kevin's fears to rest regarding Crowley, the boys tell him: “OK, he is not in your head.” (2:46)

8.20 Pac-Man Fever

The boys are brainstorming to find a way to help Charlie and the solution is: “African Dream Root.” (28:52)

Season 9

9.04 Slumber Party

The boys, while possessed by the Wicked Witch, stalk Charlie in the Men of Letters garage at 33:36. They push open the door to check for Oz at 41:20.

Season 10

10.05 Fan Fiction

When Marie tells Sam and Dean she hates the meta stories, they remark with "Me too." (26:38)

10.06 Ask Jeeves

After being thanked by Dash for saving everyone, Sam and Dean both enter the Impala at the same time. (38:42)

10.20 Angel Heart

Dean and Sam tell each other what the monster is at 32:28: "Grigori".

Season 11

11.01 Out of the Darkness, Into the Fire

Sam and Dean cock their pistols at the same time after exiting the Impala at 7:27.

The Boys respond "No" to Rowena's question about being a team at 28:24. Then, at 30:49, when Rowena suggests the three of them have a "wee sing-song," Sam and Dean both reply with a "No" again.

Sam and Dean flash their FBI badges and then put them back in their breast pockets at 15:35.

The Boys play Rock, Paper, Scissors at 30:06.

Dean and Sam tell the man who bumps into them “It's all right” at 9:44.

11.16 Safe House

At 4:58, Sam and Dean produce their FBI badges simultaneously to the Neighborhood Watch lady. At 15:22, Sam and Dean both say "This has happened before" after the meet up after investigating the case.

11.18 Hell's Angel

When Crowley offers to help, a skeptical Dean and Sam respond “If...” because they want to know what he wants in return at 10:15.

Season 12

12.03 The Foundry

At 11:18, Sam, Dean, and Mary put away their FBI badges at the same time.

12.08 LOTUS

When Crowley tells the Winchesters he is "persona non grata" in his own palace. Sam and Dean both respond incredulously with "Palace?" at 16:41.

12.12 Stuck in the Middle (With You)

When Crowley asks if anyone's heard of Ramiel, all three Winchesters respond with "No". at 20:35.

Season 13

13.16 Scoobynatural

After the Boys are sucked into the TV and starting at 4:41, cartoon Sam and Dean are shocked and say “Aahh, your're a cartoon! I'm a cartoon!”. At 17:04, the Boys, in cartoon form, say “Cass?” when they catch cartoon Castiel skulking around the haunted mansion. At 26:47, cartoon Sam and Dean removed the candles from the iron candlesticks, rush the ghost, and stab him with the candlesticks. At 28:50, the Boys and Castiel, in cartoon form say “mm-hmm” when Velma asks if vampires, werewolves, and demons are real.

13.17 The Thing

At 36:49, the Boys pull out their guns and point them at Arthur Ketch.

Season 14

14.16 Don't Go in the Woods

While walking through the woods at night, Sam and Dean step over a log in unison.

Season 15

15.08 Our Father, Who Aren't in Heaven

Sam and Dean enter the room Castiel has trapped Michael in unison.

15.13 Destiny's Child

Shocked at seeing their doubles, both Sam and Dean and their doppelgängers react by saying "What the hell" (Sam and Dean) and "What the heck" (AU Sam and Dean) simultaneously.

After Sam is surprised that "Carry On Wayward Son" will be sung in the play, Dean and Marie both tell him that it is a "classic." (7:41)

10.22 The Prisoner

When Rowena wants to know if Sam and Castiel plan on letting her in on what's going on, both respond with a "No" at 11:30.

12.08 LOTUS

Castiel and Crowley, posing as FBI agents, both greet Sam and Dean with an "Agent," much to Dean's annoyance.

12.23 All Along the Watchtower

When Sam stops Dean from killing Crowley, Dean and Mary both respond with a surprised "Seriously?" at 12:36.

13.02 The Rising Son

While eating in their motel room, Jack begins mimicking Dean's movements and body language.

13.16 Scoobynatural

At 11:52, Sam and Scooby Doo both exclaim “haunted!” when they are told that the mansion is haunted. At 22:45, Sam and Velma both say “That's strange” as they discover a clue to the mystery in the attic.

14.04 Mint Condition

At 20:35, Dean and Dirk Winchell parrot David Yeager: "time to slice and dice."

At 21:27, Dean and Dirk Winchell recite the trailer for All Saints' Day together.

A 31:56 Sam and Samantha Juarez both exclaim "Cool" after Sam blows the back door of the comic shop off it's hinges with cleaning supplies.
