Archangel Michael

Michael is the greatest of the Archangels of Heaven equaled only by Lucifer. He is the field commander of the Army of God. It was Michael who on God's Command threw Lucifer into Hell. His true vessel is Dean. He has yet to make an appearance. Castiel describes him as far more powerful than Raphael, which would make him tremendously powerful.

In medieval times, Michael became the patron saint of chivalry.

In the The War of the Sons of Light Against the Sons of Darkness, a manuscript discovered among the Dead Sea scrolls, Michael leads the army of God against the forces of evil.

In the Christian tradition, Michael triumphes at the end of times over the Antichrist.
