Ava Wilson appeared in 2.10 Hunted, where she had visions of Scott Carey and Sam dying. Like the other Psykids, her visions started around the same time as their powers manifested.
Ava was engaged at the start of the episode. However as of the end of the episode, she is missing, and her fiance is dead.
It is interesting to note that, like Sam, her visions are also 'death visions' and relating to the other Psykids.
