Belphegor is a demon who was released from Hell when Chuck opened all the doors. A self-described "clock puncher," Belphegor enjoyed his work punishing the souls that entered Hell and wishes for things to go back to normal after the mass breakout, offering his services to the Winchesters and Castiel.
