Biggerson's sign tweeted by Jim Michaels

Creedy: Look, I know a good place. Wide menu, good service, homey atmosphere. Garlic knots! The menu's on their website.
Kubrick: That looks good. I like that, when they drop the whole onion in the fryer.

– Kubrick to Creedy, 3.03 Bad Day at Black Rock

5.14 My Bloody Valentine

Biggerson's Location: unknown

Dean and Castiel track Famine to a Biggerson's where his presence has caused a terrible frenzy - people plunging their hand into deep fryers to grab fries, stealing money and gorging themselves.

Cas goes in intending to cut off Famine's ring but doesn’t come back out. Dean then goes in and finds Cas eating raw meat on the floor and he gets captured by demons. Famine wonders why Dean has not been infected by him and touches his chest, concluding that there is nothing inside of him, that Dean is dead inside.

Sam arrives at the restaurant and Famine stops his demons from capturing him. Famine tells Sam that he sent the demons earlier as a snack, that Sam won’t die from drinking too much blood, he’s the exception and that that is exactly what Lucifer wanted. Famine offers his demons to Sam but he refuses and exorcises all of the demons in the room at once, but Famine consumes them instead of letting them get sent back to Hell. Sam attempts to exorcise Famine, but it doesn’t work so he decides to exorcise all the demons that Famine has eaten, which seemingly destroys the horseman.

7.09 How to Win Friends and Influence Monsters

Biggerson's Location: Hammonton, New Jersey

While investigating a series of deaths and disappearances, Sam and Dean interview Ranger Rick Evans at the local Biggerson's. They note that Rick behaves a bit like he is stoned. After the interview Bobby joins them for lunch, where they are served by a rather rude waiter called Brandon: "Sidewinder soup and salad combo goes to Big Bird. TDK Slammer to Ken Doll. And a little Heart Smart for Creepy Uncle." Dean seems particularly enamored with his Pepperjack Turducken Slammer.

Bobby and the boys go hunting and they capture a zombie-like person. Dean's behaviour starts to become strange - he becomes apathetic and very relaxed. At Biggerson's, Sam notices Dean devouring another TDK Slammer with extreme passion, as are the diners around them. Back at the shack they are staying at, Dean's half-eaten slammer starts to ooze grey goo, similar to what they found inside the Zombie they caught.

Meanwhile Brandon the waiter tries to attack a woman, but is captured. Behind the bizarre behavior is a Leviathan plot - Dr Gaines has synthesised a food additive which he has put into the turducken. It is very addictive, and consumption leads to weight gain, and dampens people's emotional responses until they are very apathetic. After cooking, the tainted turducken will revert back to the grey goo state. However in 0.03% of cases consumption results in "hyper-adrenalised cannibalism".

8.21 The Great Escapist

In order to hide from the angels Esper and Ion, Castiel uses the Biggerson's Restaurant chain to obfuscate his exact location.  Castiel's use of the restaurant chain's ubiquitous layout and his ability to teleport allows him to be at every Biggerson's at once, choosing which restaurant he appears at next.  According to Ion, "we try and orient ourselves, but it's as if we are in every Biggerson's at once, trapped in a quantum superposition."

To stop Castiel, Esper and Ion kill all but one waitress, Kara, at a Biggerson's back in Santa Fe where a waiter, Terry, saw Castiel disappear and alerted his manager, Lance.  Naomi kills Kara with a snap of her fingers after arriving in Biggerson's, leaving no human witnesses alive.
