Get the idea? Writing not in capslock is known as lowercasing or losercasing and is usual punishable by the offender performing a service or penance (usually writing a fic or making an icon) for whomever caught their transgression.
Capslock communities usual focus on Crack and silliness. They thrive on in-jokes and jargon, and usually have a form of moderated and sometimes exclusive membership. Posting of deliberately bad Manips is a common feature. They are hilarious fun for those involved and usually incomprehensible and slightly annoying to those outside the comm.
