In October 2020, it was announced that Jensen and Danneel had formed a new production company called Chaos Machine and signed a multi-year deal with Warner Bros. Television. Renee Reiff, who previously worked as a creative executive with DC Entertainment, is head of development.
Chaos Machine is now on Instagram and Jensen confirmed they would announce their first project soon. That project - The Winchesters was announced on 24 June 2021.
