Cindy McClellan was a nurse in NICU at Enfield Memorial Hospital. She had been married six years to her husband, Matthew. Cindy was possessed by a demon who was Lilith’s “chef,” providing babies for her to eat from the maternity ward.

Ruby tells Sam that she has a lead on Lilith's personal chef, who may be able to help them find Lilith.
