- Crowley is a Demon who is very much rebellious towards Lucifer. Crowley told both Dean and Sam to kill Lucifer with the Colt. Crowley rebelled against Lucifer, for he was under the impression that after Lucifer's plan was fulfilled, he would then go out and terminate each and every Demon, one by one.
Lucifer said the following words to Samuel Winchester:
'One by one the DEMONS flash gold and fall over, dead. SAM and DEAN stare. LUCIFER looks at them.'
LUCIFER:
"What? They're just demons."
This statement clearly explains what Lucifer thinks of his Demons, which is not very in high esteems.
Lucifer apparently, tried to hide this particular bit of info from Meg. For her seduced her into thinking that he cares for her and her demon siblings.
- Crowley is Lilith's right hand man (and possible lover according to Becky Rosen). Bela told Dean that she had given the Colt gun to Lilith when in fact, she gave it to Crowley. This was discovered after super fan Becky told Sam she read it in Chuck's book, 3.15 Time Is On My Side. 5.09 The Real Ghostbusters.
He tells Sam and Dean that he is "in sales" and it appears he is possibly in charge of the Crossroads Demons.
5.10 Abandon All Hope
Castiel tracks Crowley to his Enochian protected mansion after witnessing him make a deal with a 60 year-old businessman.
Sam and Dean killed Crowley's demon gate guards and broke into the building, cutting off the power. Crowley approached them openly, however, and used the Colt to kill his other guards. Crowley gave the Colt to the Winchesters and asked them to kill Lucifer as he believed the fallen angel held no love for his human-spawned creations and would quickly seek their destruction once the humans were all wiped out.
Sam tried to shoot Crowley, but the weapon wasn't loaded, so Crowley provided him with some ammunition before promptly vanishing on the spot.
