Dean is arrested for supposedly murdering Tony and Karen Giles. After running his fingerprints, the police gets a dozen possible hits linking Dean to other crime scenes though Sam points out that as possible hits they are useless. We see his FBI wanted poster and get a peek at his FBI file. After Lilith destroys the sheriff's station in Monument, Colorado, Dean is assumed dead by authorities.

6.09 Clap Your Hands If You Believe...

Dean is arrested after assaulting the dwarf district attorney for Tipton County, mistakenly believing he was a fairy following him. The charges were later dropped.

10.22 The Prisoner

Arriving in Shreveport, Louisiana, Dean is quickly picked up by the local police for a busted taillight (which the officers themselves smashed), having gotten orders from Monroe Styne to apprehend him.
