After running his fingerprints, the police gets a dozen possible hits linking Dean to other crime scenes though Sam points out that as possible hits they are useless. Dean's crimes are listed as being credit card fraud, breaking and entering, grave desecration and murder for the crimes committed by the shapeshifter in St. Louis.

At the end of the episode, after Detective Diana Ballard learns the truth and Detective Pete Sheridan is exposed as the true killer, she promises to try to get the murder charges against Dean dropped in Baltimore. Though she thinks she can do it, Ballard warns that she can do nothing about the charges in St. Louis.

14.13 Lebanon

In the altered timeline due to John Winchester being pulled forward to 2019, Dean is still wanted for assault, murder and credit card fraud. And after looking himself up, Dean learns that he known for "a lort of beheadings."

Trivia

  • Given the number of years that have passed, it is likely that Dean can't actually be charged with many of the crimes he's wanted for as the statute of limitations will have expired. The only charges that he could for sure still be tried for are the murders on his record which have no statute of limitations.
