After the [[Apocalypse]] is set into motion, Meg reappears as a follower of [[Lucifer]]'s, trying to kill Dean to avert his destiny as the one who will slay Lucifer<ref name="five01" /> and then helping Lucifer with the raising of [[Death]].<ref name="five10" /> After Lucifer is imprisoned, she emerges as the leader of the remaining Lucifer loyalists. Hunted by [[Crowley]] to protect his position as King of Hell, Meg and her subordinates seek to kill him. Meg forms an uneasy alliance with the Winchesters to try and kill Crowley,<ref name="six10" /> later reforming said alliance to protect [[Castiel]]<ref name="seven17" /> and defeat the [[leviathan]]s.<ref name="seven21" /> After they succeed in defeating the leviathans, Meg is captured by demons working for Crowley,<ref name="seven23" /> and is tortured by Crowley for the location of Lucifer's crypt. Realizing that they have been tricked by John, they chase and eventually capture him.<ref name="one21" /> After capturing Meg, [[Sam]] and [[Dean]] find out where Tom is holding John captive and go about trying to rescue their father. During their escape Tom ambushes and proceeds to beat on Sam, until Dean uses the Colt and shoots Tom in the head, killing him.<ref name="one22" />

Days after her brief defeat, Abaddon has Josie's body restored and begins a crusade to take over Hell and Earth. She tries to kill Sam and Dean and get Crowley's location from them, but flees when [[Gadreel]] reveals himself nearby.<ref name="nine02" /> Abaddon then works to reshape Hell, using Crowley's absence to take over and reneging on all soul deals.<ref name="nine06" /> After being freed by the Winchesters,<ref name="nine10" /> Crowley starts a war against her, allying with Dean to find [[the First Blade]], the only weapon that can kill Abaddon.<ref name="nine11" /> After finding out about Crowley's search, Abaddon starts her own<ref name="nine16" /> and starts having demons loyal to her steal innocent people's souls to build her own army of demons loyal only to her.<ref name="nine17" /> After attempting to lure the Winchesters into a trap with the help of Crowley, Abaddon was killed by Dean with [[the First Blade]] after the [[Mark of Cain]] made him immune to her powers,<ref name="nine21" /> allowing Crowley to subsequently regain control over Hell.<ref name="nine23" />

Jason is a demon that served [[Abaddon]] shortly after she began her crusade to become the new Queen of Hell. Following Sam's burning of [[Josie Sands]]' body,<ref name="eight23" /> Jason retrieves it and uses a spell to restore the body to act as Abaddon's [[meatsuit]] once more. Jason gathers three more demons for Abaddon to be her soldiers, but she [[exorcism|exorcises]] one, a [[Crossroads Demon]]. Afterwards, Abaddon gets Jason and the other two demons more worthy bodies in the form of soldiers from a nearby military base and they begin torturing [[hunters]] to find the Winchesters and Crowley. Jason takes part in the ambush on the Winchesters in Eugene, Oregon, knocking [[Sam]] out with the help of the other two demons. However, their actions cause the angel [[Gadreel]] to take control of Sam and display [[Angel Wings|his wings]]. The angel is able to overpower Jason and the other two demons and kill them using the [[demon-killing knife]] to avoid suspicion from Sam.<ref name="nine02" />

After Crowley's disappearance, Cecily begins "playing both sides" by sending reports to [[Abaddon]] but also helping Crowley at the same time. Cecily is employed by Crowley to help find [[Sam Winchester]] and [[Gadreel]], but subsequently alerts Abaddon to their search. Although pleased by the news, Abaddon is left enraged by Cecily's audacity in playing both sides and kills her with an [[angel blade]].<ref name="nine10" />

[[Cain]] is the biblical Cain who, became a demon after making a [[Deals and Pacts|deal]] with [[Lucifer]] to guarantee Abel passage into Heaven. Cain eventually killed himself, but the [[Mark of Cain]] transformed him into a demon and the first [[Knight of Hell]]. Cain became the most feared demon in existence, the Father of Murder who formed and led the [[Knights of Hell]]. When he met and fell in love with [[Colette]], Cain retired from his ways, but when the Knights kidnapped Colette to draw him back, he slaughtered all but [[Abaddon]] with the [[First Blade]], the weapon he used to kill Abel. After accidentally killing Colette, Cain followed her wish for him to retire completely and tossed the Blade in the ocean and eventually became a bee keeper in Missouri.
Falling back under the Mark's influence, Cain descends into madness, believing that his bloodline is "tainted" and deciding to slaughter it despite it being "legion." He draws the attention of Sam and Dean and they team up with [[Castiel]] and Crowley to trap and kill him. After a brutal fight between them, Dean kills Cain with the First Blade when he refuses to give up killing once more.<ref name="ten14" />

It is through Lola that Abaddon learns of Crowley's search for [[the First Blade]] and his alliance with the Winchesters. Lola is eventually sold out to Crowley by an unknown party. Enraged by Lola's betrayal and lack of remorse, Crowley kills her with an [[angel blade]].<ref name="nine16" />

Rowena later manipulates Guthrie into stealing [[the First Blade]] for her. After Guthrie refuses to hand over the weapon, Rowena kills him with an [[angel blade]]. However, they are found moments later by Crowley and Rowena lies to Crowley that Guthrie had been planning to overthrow him. Having had a nightmare, caused by Rowena's magic, of Guthrie killing him, Crowley believes her.<ref name="ten10" />

Along with another demon, Jervis responds to Crowley's call following [[Rowena]]'s assassination attempt through [[Castiel]]. Jervis and the other demon warn that [[Michael]] or [[Lucifer]] rattled [[Lucifer's Cage]] in what the demons believe was a warning about the Darkness.<ref name="eleven01" /> Jervis later reports to Crowley about [[Marco]]'s efforts to kill [[Amara]]'s soulless victims. Assigned to guard Amara's door, Jervis is distracted by Dean during the Winchesters' raid to kill Amara before he is subdued by Sam who chooses not to kill Jervis due to his new policy of trying to save everybody, including demonic meatsuits.<ref name="eleven06">[[11.06 Our Little World]]</ref>

Dissatisfied with [[Asmodeus]]' rule of Hell, Barthamus steals a [[Nephilim]] tracking spell and offers to it to Sam and Dean in exchange for them stealing back his personal property, revealed to be Barthamus' human bones, from [[Luther Shrike]]. The Winchesters, [[Alice]] and [[Grab]] steal the bones, but Grab is killed by Luther in the process. When confronted, Luther reveals that he had made a deal with Barthamus centuries before to save his dying son's life, only to have Barthamus let him later die anyway. Disgusted by Barthamus' actions and his subsequent murder of Luther, the Winchesters refuse to complete their deal. Barthamus is killed when Alice burns his human bones, but the fire of the demon's destruction also destroys the Nephilim tracking spell.<ref name="thirteen08" />

Obnoxious more than malicious, Grab helps Dean and Alice find Luther's vault and waits outside. He is subsequently stabbed to death by Luther with the [[demon-killing knife]] when he finds the demon thief outside of his vault.<ref name="thirteen08" />

Dipper is a demon loyal to [[Asmodeus]] that is assigned to guard the captive [[Castiel]] and [[Lucifer]]. Dipper takes great joy in taunting the two [[angels]], particularly Lucifer, enjoying the [[archangel]]'s powerless state. His anger over his powerless state results in Lucifer discovering that anger can power his abilities. When Dipper returns to find the two angels arguing, Lucifer pulls him into the cell bars with [[telekinesis]], breaks the stick he was practicing with off in Dipper's neck and burns through the warding on his and Castiel's cells. The demon is left shocked by Lucifer's escape and Castiel [[smiting|smites him]]. Lucifer arms himself with Dipper's [[angel blade]] and Lucifer and Castiel are able to make their escape from [[Crowley's Lair]].<ref name="thirteen12" />
