Deputy Frank was the arresting officer of Annie Jones, after placing her in a holding cell he gets a call about a possible B & E, and leaves the station. Sometime after leaving, he gets attacked and knocked out by Annie's "brother" Cody, and has his keys to the holding cell taken from him. A day later, he is confronted by Celia and her sons about the location of Sheriff Mills and Annie. Frank has the information beaten out of him by the vampires, but is left alive.
