History

Glen in his wolf form, after being shot by Dean.

Glen was Madison's next door neighbor. He was a werewolf, and in this form, over the past year, he had been hunting prostitutes at Hunter's Point, killing several during that time period. A month prior to Sam and Dean Winchester coming to town, he had bitten his neighbor, Madison.

On the second night of Sam watching over Madison, Dean visited the area of town where the previous victims were attacked. He saved a young woman from an attack by a werewolf, which he killed with a silver bullet. When the werewolf died, it reverted to its human form, that of Glen.
