History
When Diego Avila of Rhode Island Men of Letters opened a portal, the god Yokoth came through the portal and possessed Sandy Porter. Glythur was meant to follow her through but the portal closed prematurely.

In searching for the Seal of Solomon, Dean uncovers information that the Seal of Solomon which they need to open a portal to Apocalypse World was taken from the Middle East by Men of Letters from Rhode Island. They travel to the chapter house and find a young woman - Sandy Porter - chained to an altar. An annotated photo they find informs that she was born in 1903 and has been there for 100 years.
Sam and Dean rescue Sandy, unaware that she is possessed by Yogotoh. When the local legacies arrive to capture her, she kills and feeds on many of them, and kidnaps Dean.
