When Diego Avila of the Rhode Island [[Men of Letters]] opened a portal, the god Yokoth came through the portal and possessed [[Sandy Porter]]. Glythur was meant to follow her through but the portal closed prematurely.

In searching for ingredients for a spell which they need to open a portal to [[Apocalypse World]], Dean uncovers information that the [[Seal of Solomon]] was taken from the Middle East by [[Men of Letters]] from Rhode Island. They travel to the chapterhouse and find a young woman - [[Sandy Porter]] - chained to an altar. An annotated photo they find informs them that she was born in 1903 and has been there for almost 100 years.

After Dean finds Sandy feeding on Buck outside the diner, he is attacked and taken to the chapterhouse where Yokoth chains him to the alter and reveals to him that she plans to use him as the vessel for her mate Glythur. Yokoth performs the ritual to open the rift, which allows Glythur's tentacles enter and attack Dean as he attempts to possess him. While Dean dodges the tentacles, Sam, [[Ophelia]], and [[Marco]] arrive and distract Yokoth. When Dean manages to free himself, he is able to steal the [[Seal of Solomon]] from Yokoth, allowing Ophelia to use it to close the portal. Just before it closes, Glythur grabs Yokoth, returning her to their universe.
 
 
Sam and Dean rescue Sandy, unaware that she is possessed by Yokoth. When the local legacies arrive to capture her, she kills and feeds on many of them, and kidnaps Dean. She returns with him to the chapterhouse, and restrains him on the altar. She tells him she intends to open the portal and allow her mate [[Glythur]] through the portal to possess him, so they can breed and devour our universe.

Sam, [[Ophelia]], and [[Marco]] arrive and manage to get the [[Seal of Solomon]] from her. Ophelia uses it to close the portal.
