History
His wife is Stacey Jorgeson. He is the uncle of Emily.
He and his wife were making human sacrifices for a pagan god. Their victims were couples that came into town to refuel cars and rest during road trips. Harley was killed by the pagan god after he failed to make Dean and his niece the next sacrifice.
