After burning off his entire [[soul]] to kill [[Michael (Apocalypse World)|Michael]],<ref name="fourteen14">[[14.14 Ouroboros]]</ref><ref name="fourteen17">[[14.17 Game Night]]</ref> Jack accidentally kills [[Mary Winchester]] in a [[soulless]] rage.<ref name="fourteen18">[[14.18 Absence]]</ref> Jack is targeted as a threat by the Winchesters, Dean in particular, for his acts, however he ultimately can't bring himself to kill the young nephilim. The offspring of a human and an [[archangel]], Jack Kline is believed to be more powerful than the average [[Nephilim]], as the amount of cosmic energy that went into his conception was powerful enough to be felt by all the angels in Heaven and Earth and the cosmic shock wave was even detected by the [[British Men of Letters]] and [[Donatello Redfield]]. Due to the energy coming from Jack, Donatello was able to track him, revealing that unlike his father, the energy coming off of Jack is not "dark" or "toxic." Castiel stated that he cannot imagine the power resonating within him. Unlike run-of-the-mill Nephilim who have silver eyes, Jack has gold irises with white sclerae and visible pupils. According to the lore, as Jack grows into his powers, he will become more powerful than his angelic sire, [[Lucifer]]. After Jack regains his powers, Donatello states that Jack is probably the most powerful being in the universe.<ref name="fourteen15">[[14.15 Peace of Mind]]</ref> After being locked in the [[Ma'lak Box]], Jack is able to break free, suggesting that he somehow managed to "level up" his powers.<ref name="fourteen20" /> After his second resurrection, Jack reveals that [[Billie]] has provided him with a plan that will allow Jack to become even stronger until he reaches the point where Jack is powerful enough to kill God Himself.<ref name="fifteen11" />

* [[Enochian]] magic – By tapping into his soul to power the magic, Jack was able to keep himself alive after losing his [[grace]]. He would go on to use the Enochian magic to replicate his Nephilim abilities, such as healing and using energy blasts to attack enemies. When Jack used his soul, his pupils would light up with a bright white light, as opposed to his irises shining gold when he had his grace.

* [[Healing]] – From the womb, Jack was able to heal [[Kelly Kline]]'s slit wrists and massive blood loss. While empowering [[Castiel]], he also heals the angel's injuries from the fight with [[Dagon]] in a matter of seconds.<ref name="twelve19" /> Using the power of his soul, Jack was able to heal Castiel of the [[gorgon]] poison when the antidote failed to work.<ref name="fourteen14" /> Jack later heals [[Stacy]] after accidentally stabbing her with an [[angel blade]]<ref name="fourteen16">[[14.16 Don't Go in the Woods]]</ref> and heals Sam's serious head injury from [[Nick]].<ref name="fourteen17" />

* Illusions – While entertaining children in Apocalypse World, Jack was able to give his shadow puppets the appearance of real animal shadows.

* Invulnerability – Jack has been shown to be impervious to guns and knives, as well as [[angel blades]].<ref name="thirteen01" /><ref name="thirteen02" /> This also extends to magic, as Jack is shown to be impervious to most spells, including an [[angel banishing sigil]], although it appears to debilitate him as it can still affect his grace.<ref name="thirteen01" /> The energy Jack emits can also hide him from tracking spells and [[scrying]].

* [[Pyrokinesis]] – When Kelly was pregnant with Jack, he was able to cause a [[Bible]] to burn when she placed her hand on it, and he incinerated Dagon when he lent his powers to Castiel. After he is born, Jack is able to leave scorched footprints on the floor.<ref name="twelve23" /> While tapping into the power of his [[soul]], Jack was able to destroy the [[Apocalypse World]] [[Michael (Apocalypse World)|Michael]] by burning him away, leaving only his grace for Jack to consume and restore his powers.<ref name="fourteen14" />

* Regeneration – Jack is able to instantly heal any wounds that are incurred.<ref name="thirteen01" /><ref name="thirteen02" /><ref name="thirteen06" /> While hiding from God, Jack is able to purposefully suppress this power so his wounds healing don't draw God's attention to him.<ref name="fifteen11" />

* Electrocution – Like humans, Jack can be debilitated when electrocuted by a stun gun.<ref name="thirteen01">[[13.01 Lost and Found]]</ref>

* [[Grace Extractor|Grace extraction]] – In this state, without Jack's grace to maintain a balance, Jack's angel and human halves begin attacking each other, resulting in Jack becoming fatally ill.<ref name="fourteen07" />

* [[Ma'lak Box]] – The box was able to temporarily inhibit Jack's powers, but through extreme concentration and will power, Jack was able to escape and destroy the box.<ref name="fourteen19" /> Given that the box was capable of holding even the most powerful archangel, it would be incapable of containing Jack completely, as he would grow to become more powerful than an archangel. The Winchesters believed that Jack "leveled up" when he broke free from the box.<ref name="fourteen20" />
