The offspring of a human and an archangel, Jack Kline is believed to be more powerful than the average Nephilim, as the amount of cosmic energy that went into his conception was powerful enough to be felt by all the angels in Heaven and Earth and the cosmic shock wave was even detected by the British Men of Letters and Donatello Redfield. Due to the energy coming from Jack, Donatello was able to track him, revealing that unlike his father, the energy coming off of Jack is not "dark" or "toxic." Castiel stated that he cannot imagine the power resonating within him. Unlike run-of-the-mill Nephilim who have silver eyes, Jack has gold irises with white sclerae and visible pupils. According to the lore, as Jack grows into his powers, he will become more powerful than his angelic sire, Lucifer. After Jack regains his powers, Donatello states that Jack is probably the most powerful being in the universe. After being locked in the Ma'lak Box, Jack is able to break free, suggesting that he somehow managed to "level up" his powers. After his second resurrection, Jack reveals that Billie has provided him with a plan that will allow Jack to become even stronger until he reaches the point where Jack is powerful enough to kill God Himself.
Powers and abilities
* Angel radio – Jack is able to hear the angel's communicationtelepathic communications, which also has a debilitating effect on him.
* Angel wings – Jack can use his wings to protect himself and others from attacks.
* Angelic exorcism – By using the power of his soul and Enochian magic, Jack was able to forcably forcibly remove Michael from his vessel , Rowena.
* Astral projection – Jack can use his powers to inspect places at a distance such as when he searched Michael's Fortress.
* Can open Hell Gates – With enough concentration, Jack was able to open a Gate to Hell and call forth the shedim from some of the deepest caverns of Hell to the earth.
* Celestial energy – Jack can send out a shock wave of celestial energy when provoked.
* Concealment – Jack can conceal his energy from angels and demons, preventing himself from being located.
* Enochian magic – By tapping into his soul to power the magic, Jack was able to keep himself alive after losing his grace. He would go on to use the Enochian magic to replicate his Nephilim abilities, such as healing and using energy blasts to attack enemies. When Jack used his soul, his pupils would light up with a bright white light, as opposed to his irises shining gold when he had his grace.
* Mental projection – He could send images to others, including visions.* Resurrection – From the womb, Jack was able to resurrect his mother Kelly Kline after she committed suicide. However, he required Lucifer's help to resurrect Maggie and has shown no conscious use of this power since his birth. Jack has also been shown to have a level of influence in the Empty, as he was able to awaken Castiel from his eternal slumber by calling his name. After becoming the new God, he taps into his newly-found powers to revive Castiel.
* Healing – From the womb, Jack was able to heal Kelly Kline's slit wrists and massive blood loss. While empowering Castiel, he also heals the angel's injuries from the fight with Dagon in a matter of seconds. Using the power of his soul, Jack was able to heal Castiel of the gorgon poison when the antidote failed to work. Jack later heals Stacy after accidentally stabbing her with an angel blade and heals Sam's serious head injury from Nick.

* Illusions – While entertaining children in Apocalypse World, Jack was able to give his shadow puppets the appearance of real animal shadows.
* Interdimensional instability – His celestial energy can cause tears in the fabric of space and time, creating portals leading to alternate universeuniversess.
* Invulnerability – Jack has been shown to be impervious to guns and knives, as well as angel blades. This also extends to magic, as Jack is shown to be impervious to most spells, including an angel banishing sigil, although it appears to debilitate him as it can still affect his grace. The energy Jack emits can also hide him from tracking spells and scrying.
* Mind control – Jack can compel anyone to tell the truth, even archangels. He also compelled everyone on earth to tell the truth.* Power transference – While in utero, Jack was able to temporarily lend Castiel his power to kill Dagon. After Jack's human soul fused with his Nephilim grace, he exploded into a metaphysical supernova, essentially making him capable of absorbing celestial energy from everything around him. He eventually uses this to steal Chuck's power, rendering him human as Jack becomes the new God.* Precognition – Jack appears to have the ability to see the future.Ever since his birth, he hasn't displayed any conscious use of this ability.
* Pyrokinesis – When Kelly was pregnant with Jack, he was able to cause a Bible to burn when she placed her hand on it, and he incinerated Dagon when he lent his powers to Castiel. After he is born, Jack is able to leave scorched footprints on the floor. While tapping into the power of his soul, Jack was able to destroy the Apocalypse World Michael by burning him away, leaving only his grace for Jack to consume and restore his powers.
* Regeneration – Jack is able to instantly heal any wounds that are incurred. While hiding from God, Jack is able to purposefully suppress this power so his wounds healing don't draw God's attention to him.
Weaknesses
* Archangels – Archangels like Michael and Lucifer can disorient him.
* Archangel blade – An archangel blade was capable of wounding him in a weakened state and may potentially kill him.
* Electrocution – Like humans, Jack can be debilitated when electrocuted by a stun gun.
* The Equalizer – A special hand gun created by God with the specific purpose of killing Jack (as well as anything else).* God – With just a snap of his fingers, God was able to smite Jack, however the death was not instantaneous. After absorbing pulses of Chuck's power, Jack is rendered immune to His smiting abilities.
* Grace extraction – In this state, without Jack's grace to maintain a balance, Jack's angel and human halves begin attacking each other, resulting in Jack becoming fatally ill.
* Ma'lak Box – The box was able to temporarily inhibit Jack's powers, but through extreme concentration and will power, Jack was able to escape and destroy the box. Given that the box was capable of holding even the most powerful archangel, it would be incapable of containing Jack completely, as he would grow to become more powerful than an archangel. The Winchesters believed that Jack "leveled up" when he broke free from the box.
* Potions – Through feeding him multiple smoothies containing yarrow root and ground jawbone, Mrs. Butters was able to weaken Jack's powers.
* Warding sigils – With strong enough warding, Jack's powers can be nullified.

15.20 Carry On
After Dean arrives in Heaven, he is greeted by Bobby Singer much to Dean's surprise as Bobby has been locked up in Heaven's prison ever since he helped to bust out Metatron. Bobby explains that before Jack went off to "wherever," he released Bobby from prison and "set some things right," reshaping Heaven with Castiel's help after bringing him back from the Empty. Thanks to Jack, the souls of Heaven are no longer forced to relive their memories for eternity and the walls separating them have been torn down, allowing the souls to exist together. Bobby calls it what Heaven is supposed to be.
