On November 18 2011, Jared Padalecki began his lifelong career being an item in the international event called GISHWHES. This to-be historical and already scandalous gathering stands for Greatest International Scavenger Hunt the World Has Ever Seen, and is founded by the actor Misha Collins. In various private interviews, Padalecki has stated that he enjoys the exploitation from the participants of the scavenger hunt and admires Misha "...not only for [his] courage and dedication to uphold this phenomenon, but for the sheer godliness of his masculine physique... [I] once sat next to Misha Collins, we were on set a few years back for Supernatural- it's the show I do on the side when I'm not being a tool [in GISHWHES], and Misha was getting ready as Castiel. Like a wave of celestial intent, I finally found my calling in life. And that calling was to help create the team Callipygian." Padalecki later confirmed that he did in fact help create the GISHWHES team Callipygian, and that he knows they are going to win.
In June 2012, during the hiatus between Seasons 7 and 8, Jared started work with the Brian Buckley Band on a video for their song "I Am Human". The video was directed by Sarah Louise Wilson and produced by Natalia Cordova, Brian's partner. Filming wrapped on July 14th. You can watch the video here.
