Sam interviews Jean, who tells him about how Plucky's has children draw their fears for Plucky to turn into "rainbows and candy". She then tells Sam about a kid whose father dragged him away from a party before the cake.

Sam pays another visit to Jean after the janitor is killed in the ball pit. Sam, believing Jean is involved in the rash of deaths, interrogates her, but she doesn't break. Dean later follows Jean outside where he spots her lighting up a joint.
