History

Jervis was one of Crowley's demon minions on Earth, having left his service once Lucifer took control of Hell.

11.01 Out of the Darkness, Into the Fire

Jervis and another minion arrive at Marnie's home post-orgy/massacre, he updates Crowley on his main meatsuit, telling him it is secured and a witch is removing Rowena's immobilization spell. Once Crowley is able to return to his meatsuit, an apprehensive Jervis informs Crowley of the rumors in Hell regarding the Darkness being released. Crowley scoffs, telling Jervis the Darkness is just a myth. Until the other minion mentions Lucifer's Cage, telling him all of Hell heard screams coming from the Cage. Crowley brushes it off as ridiculous, but Jervis insists that half of Hell is freaking out over it.

11.06 Our Little World

Jervis is walking with Crowley though the halls of his lair, telling him about he death of Len Fletcher. Perplexed by why things are so quiet, Crowley asks Jervis where everyone is one, to which Jervis tells him that that ranks have been significantly thinned due to Amara eating everyone. When Crowley notices Amara's room doesn't have any guards in front of it, Crowley promptly demotes Jervis to keep watch over Amara and make sure no one goes in or out of her room.

Sometime later, Jervis hears Crowley's berating down the hall and goes to investigate, only to find Dean Winchester playing a recording. As Jervis begins to advance on Dean, Sam blindsides him and places him in binding linked handcuffs.

12.01 Keep Calm and Carry On

Jervis and another demon are used by Lucifer to clean up the vessels he has burned out. However, unbeknownst to them they are being tracked by Crowley. After Jervis gets a call from Lucifer after finding a family of burned out vessels, who tells Jervis he believes they are being followed. Crowley approaches him and his partner openly. Jervis openly mocks Crowley's desire to kill Lucifer and regain control of Hell leading to Crowley drawing an angel blade and using it to kill both demons.
