Kate and her family are moving to the country, to try and recover following the death of her brother Andy in a car accident. Despite Sam and Dean dissuasion, the family moves into the house where they are terrorised by Girl in the Wall. As she lies in bed, Kate feels something licking her hand. She assumes it's the dog, until the dog appears at the bedroom door.
