Matt Frewer
Matt Frewer is a prolific voice actor best known for providing the voice of Max Headroom in the 1987 eponymous film and subsequent TV series (and the 2015 movie Pixels) and Panic in both the 1997 movie and subsequent TV series of Disney's Hercules.
Frewer also notably portrayed Moloch in the 2009 movie Watchman prior to his appearance on Supernatural in 2010 as the horseman Pestilence.
After Supernatural, in addition to many other TV roles, Frewer had guest appearances as Anthony Bruhl on Eric Kripke's Timeless, as well as The Binder on Sera Gamble's The Magicians.
