Mausoleum

A mausoleum refers to a building constructed to hold crypt above ground, rather than a traditional cemetery. Mausolea can be individual, freestanding buildings, or they can be part of a larger facility, such as a church.

1.19 Provenance

Dean: Looks like a crypt, or a mausoleum or something.
Dean looks around, grabs a thick glass ashtray and uses it as a magnifying glass.
Dean (reading the name on the Mausoleum): Merchant.

Sam and Dean find the mausoleum, only to discover that Isaiah Merchant’s body is not there, only 4 glass cases of mementos behind 4 urns. Later, Dean returns to the mausoleum to burn the doll from one of the cases.
