This phrase is often used to mock those on the Television Without Pity forums in which self-identified Dean Winchester fans (or “Dean!girls” or any variation thereof) defend Dean or protest on his behalf when they feel his character is being portrayed in ways with which they disagree. Various spellings may be used for emphasis (e.g. "MEEEEEN TO DEEEEEEN!").
