History
Mr. S. Cooper is the owner of Cooper Carnivals. He is a second generation circus man; his father ran a freakshow before they were outlawed.

2.02 Everybody Loves a Clown
Sam and Dean apply for jobs at his traveling circus so that they can investigate a series of clown related deaths. Cooper encourages Sam and Dean to go to school and find regular jobs, but in the end hires them in spite of their obvious lack of experience.
Sam and Dean suspect that Mr. Cooper has something to do with the deaths because he previously worked at another circus, Bunker Brothers, associated with a similar string of deaths. Sam breaks into his trailer, and Cooper, armed with a shotgun, catches him. He lets Sam go, and the brothers find the real culprit - a rakshasa.
