Nancy is working the night Sam and Dean are brought into custody by Victor Henriksen. When demons begin their attack on the station, Dean notices her peeking around a corner, and has Sam try to get her to bring a towel to stop Dean's bleeding from his gunshot wound. When Nancy responds to Sam's request, he quickly grabs her, stealing her crucifix. This causes Nancy to scream, bringing Deputy Phil Amici into the room, and forcing Sam to let her go.

When Ruby arrives, she suggests a spell that could kill all the demons in the vicinity, herself included. The main ingredient, however, requires a virgin sacrifice. Voluntarily celibate, Nancy offers herself as sacrifice, but the plan is shot down by Sam and Dean. Nancy and Deputy Phil help during the alternate plan that they go with: salting the windows and entrances, trapping the demons in the station for a mass exorcism. A single demon escapes before Nancy can finish salting one of the doors, but the demon chooses to run off rather than kill Nancy. In the aftermath, a little girl enters the station looking for the Winchesters. When she tells Nancy her name is Lilith, they realize she is the demon Ruby warned them about. Nancy is killed along with everyone else in the station.

4.02 Are You There, God? It's Me, Dean Winchester

When Lilith breaks one of the 66 Seals known as the Rise of the Witnesses, the ghost of Victor Henriksen tells Sam that Lilith tortured everyone in the station for over 45 minutes, starting with Nancy who was flayed alive piece by piece. According to Victor, Nancy never stopped screaming during the whole ordeal.

Trivia

• Aimee Garcia, who portrayed Nancy, went on to play the character of Ella Lopez on the TV series Lucifer. Nancy and Ella have some characteristics in common, such as being religious, working with the police, and meeting a supernatural being related to Lucifer.
