When the [[Cosmic Entity]] lays siege to [[Heaven]] in search of [[Jack Kline]], Naomi finds [[Castiel]] and [[Dumah]] in Jack's personal Heaven and attempts to persuade Castiel into giving Jack up for the sake of the billions of [[souls]] in Heaven. As the Entity begins to take over her body, she urges Castiel and Dumah to run.
After Castiel sacrifices himself to [[Categorythe Empty]], Naomi greets him as he is exiting [[Kelly Kline]]'s personal Heaven, and thanks him for his sacrifice. As a thank-you to Castiel, Naomi gives him the location of [[Michael (Apocalypse World)|Michael]] on Earth. ===[[14.09 The Spear]]===When Jack asks him if his mother will be okay, Castiel explains that even though Naomi is "complicated," there's nothing she won't do to protect the souls in her charge. After getting Michael's location from Naomi, the team prepares to head out to Hitomi Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. ===[[14.18 Absence]]===After [[Mary Winchester]]'s death, [[Castiel]] visits the portal and attempts to contact Naomi via [[angel radio]]. [[Dumah]] finally appears from the portal and simply tells him that Naomi is indisposed, but refuses to elaborate. ===[[14.19 Jack in the Box]]===After returning to Heaven for Naomi's help in locating Jack, Castiel learns from [[Dumah]] that she overthrew Naomi's rule of Heaven following the [[Cosmic Entity]]'s invasion of Heaven. Dumah defends her actions by pointing out that Heaven was invaded and the angels all nearly died under Naomi's watch. According to Dumah, Naomi is now locked in a very small cell, something that Dumah expected Castiel to be pleased with given his history with Naomi.
