Nick was married to a young woman named Sarah. Together they had a child. They raised this child in Delaware for some time.... Then one night a criminal crept into Nick's house and butchered Sarah and the baby. Even after the home invasion, Nick kept his house, along with some memorable objects that were connected to Sarah and the baby. Nick is later used as a Plan B Vessel for Lucifer. Nick is a Vessel for Lucifer; however, because he isn't the "true" vessel, over time Nick’s body slowly peels away and becomes more and more degraded. The longer he continues to be occupied by Lucifer the more his body suffers; Nick's body can't handle Lucifer's essence. Castiel tells Sam that Nick would be drinking gallons of demon blood in order to be able to host Lucifer 5.21 Two Minutes To Midnight .Nick was dispossessed in 5.22 Swan Song.Nick's body dropped to the ground directly after the dispossession. His current condition is unknown.
