History
Nurse Delores Glockner was a nurse in the Green River County Detention Center. When she was alive, she exacted her own form of justice by killing problem prisoners when they came to the infirmary. She was killed in a prison riot by the inmates and her ghost trapped in the old, closed off wing of the prison. When the old wing of the prison was re-opened, her ghost began killing problem prisoners again.
Sam and Dean's public defender, Mara Daniels, locates the cemetery where she is buried and misdirects the FBI so that Sam and Dean can salt and burn her corpse after they escape custody. The name on her tombstone was Delores.
