Padacock is a portmanteau of Padalecki and cock.
It is widely accepted fanon that Jared Padalecki has a very large penis. It is known by a number of 'nicknames' such as Cockzilla or Jared's ginormous peen.
The veracity of this belief is unconfirmed.
