Paul Arthur Dutton

Paul is a normal guy in a semi normal town, except he had been having an affair with a women named Amanda Burns. Amanda happened to be a witch in a neighborhood Coven masquerading as a Book Club.
When Paul broke it off with Amanda in an attempt to keep his wife, she used a Hex Bag spell to kill Paul's wife Janet Dutton.
Amanda wasn't done yet, she wanted revenge and hexed him as well.
Amanda: "This dinner was made for you, Paul Arthur Dutton. And now you're going to eat it!"
Lucky for him Dean and Sam arrived just in time to stop him from choking to death on his maggot-infested burger.
